The applicant applied to the Companies Tribunal (“Tribunal’) for a default order that the second respondent be ordered to change its name because it does not 2 comply with, inter alia, section 11 (2)(a)(i), section 11 (2)(a)(ii), section 11 (2)(a)(iii), section 11 (2)(b)(i) and section 11 (2)(c)(i) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“Companies Act” / “Act”).
