The applicant seeks an extension of the period to hold its annual general meeting (AGM) until 23 March 2016. The applicant’s last AGM was held on 03 October 2014 and the AGM subsequent to that should have been held not later than 15 months from that date. To be within the 15 months’ period, the applicant’s AGM should have been held on a date earlier than 03 January 2016. It was not, hence this application.
