The applicant applies for a default order that the respondent be ordered to
change its name because it does not comply with s 11(2)(a)(iii) and/or with s
11(2)(b)(iii) and/or s 11(2)(c)(i) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“Companies
Act”).
