The Applicant applies for a default order against the First Respondent, in respect of its company name, BEVERLY HILL FARM, which is confusingly similar to the Applicant’s BEVERLY HILLS trademarks, which offends against the provisions of Section 11(2) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (further referred to as “the Act”).
