The Applicant applies to the Tribunal for an administrative order in terms of section 6 (2) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (further referred to as “the Act”) exempting the Applicant’s Memorandum of Incorporation from the prohibition contained in item 4 (2) (b) of Schedule 1 of the Act.
