This is an unopposed application in terms of which the applicant PWC Business Trust opposes the continued registration of the second respondent’s name PWC Holdings (Pty) on grounds that the second respondent’s name offends against the provisions of Section 11(2)(a), 11(2)(b) and 11(2)(c) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 as amended (the Act). Accordingly, the applicant seeks an ancillary relief in terms of section 160 of the Act.
