This is an application for the removal of the Respondent as director of Innovation Technology Campus (Proprietary) Limited based on the alleged various forms of misconduct committed by the Respondent. In its response, the Respondent also brought a counter-application for the removal of the Applicant as director of Innovation Technology Campus (Proprietary) Limited based on the alleged various forms of misconduct committed by the Applicant. The application is brought in terms of section 71(8) of the Companies Act, 2008 (Act No. 71 of 2008) read with the applicable regulations of the Companies Regulations, 2011.
