This is an application in terms of section 160 (3)(b)(i) and Regulation 153 of the Companies Act No. 71 of 2008. The Applicant applies for a default order that the Respondent be ordered to reserve a contested name “POWERFORCE HYDRALICS TRICHARDT” in terms of section 160 (3)(b)(i) of the Act.
