This is an unopposed application in terms of Section 160(1) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (the Act) for a determination that the name of the first respondent, Bloomberg Group (Propriety) Limited does not satisfy the requirements of Section 11 of the Act and an order directing the first respondent to change its name, as provided for in Section 160(3)(b)(ii) of the Act.
