Application for the removal of the respondent as director of a company in terms of section 71(8) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008. Such application may be made to this Tribunal by a director or shareholder of a company having fewer than three directors, under circumstances contemplated in section 71(3). Circumstances under section 71(3)(b) found relevant to the conduct of the respondent held that, the respondent have neglected or being in derelict in the performance of the functions of director, in various respects – held that the respondent be removed as director of the company from records of the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission
