This is an application in terms of section 160 (3) (b) (i) and Regulation 13 (b) of
the Companies Act No. 71 of 2008 (‘’the Act’’). The Applicant applies to the Companies Tribunal for an order setting aside the
Respondent’s Notice Refusing Name Reservation in terms of Regulation 9 (3) (c)
of the Act.
