  Key responsibilities:
  • Provide legal support to Tribunal Administration
  • Provide support to Members on adjudication and Alternative Dispute Resolution: Advice in relation to resolution of disputes as contemplated in Chapter 7 of the Companies Act.
  • Provide secretariat, research, and other support to the Tribunal Members and to governance Committees (REMCO, ARC, etc) as well as Management Committee
  • Participate in Stakeholder Management:  Participate in all Companies Tribunal’s outreach programmes
  • Conduct research for the Tribunal
  • Handle all court processes, including case reviews
  • Handle Labour related matters internally, at the CCMA and other courts.

Requirements:
  • LLB Degree or equivalent Law Degree
  • Admission as an Advocate or Attorney will serve as an added advantage
  • 5+ years working experience in legal profession
