Duties
  • Strategic Leadership and Management: developing the strategic plans, annual plans and operational plans
  • Operations Management: planning and reporting and overseeing of Registry and Legal functions;
  • Finance and Risk Management: oversee the financial planning and budgeting, proper financial controls and risk management
  • Corporate Services Oversight: oversee the Human Resources Management, Information and Communications Technology, and Marketing and Communications
  • Compliance with PFMA and relevant legislation
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance best practices
  • Align business activities with the Tribunal’s mandate and strategic objectives
  • Lead organisational change initiatives/ processes to ensure that the Tribunal operate optimally and efficiently.
  • Speerhead strategies to steer the Tribunal’s future in a positive direction

Requirements:
  • Postgraduate degree in Business Management /Public Administration or relevant qualification
  • Minimum 10+ years working experience
  • At least 5 years’ experience at senior management / executive level.
  • Additional Qualifications such as LLB and or MBA will be an added advantage.
  • Exposure to dealing with legal matters.
