Key Responsibilities:
- Safe-guarding of assets
- Oversight on adequate procedures and controls; financial reporting processes and systems of internal control over financial reporting
- Audit processes
- Oversight on Internal processes for monitoring compliance with laws, regulations and the code of ethics and conduct
- Previewing of financial information and preparation of annual financial statements
- Review of items highlighted by the internal and external auditors
- Enterprise wide risk management, anti-corruption and combined assurance processes
- Business continuity management process
- Overseeing of the implementation of the corporate governance model
- Advising/guiding/supporting the institution on any other relevant matter of significance.

Requirements:
- LLB, BCom Law or related qualification
- The following will be added advantage: a master’s or higher degrees in any of the above, registration with LPC and admission as an attorney / advocate, etc.
- Five (5) years management experience in Compliance / Legal field and participation in governance structures ● Analytical reasoning abilities
- Good communication skills and
- Understanding of the relevant regulatory frameworks governing the Companies Tribunal.
