Ms Minah Tong-Mongalo

Ms Minah Tong-Mongalo is the Deputy Chairperson of the Tribunal. She is a Commercial Law specialist, specializing in contract law, corporate commercial law, and corporate governance. She is an admitted attorney of the High Court with 20 years of post-admission experience.
Ms Tong-Mongalo is an experienced legal advisor and is pursuing her doctoral studies in the governance of state-owned enterprises. She holds an LLB and LLM (Commercial Law) qualification from the University of KwaZulu Natal.
